CLEANING STAFF AND SECURITY STAFF REQUIRED
CLEANING STAFF:
Availability to work a mixture of full shift rosters.
Physically fit and able to perform regular lifting duties of up to 20kgs
Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
Reliable, punctual and high level of organisational skills
Able to adapt to changing priorities and situations
Be safety focused
Positive attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English
A drivers license will be an advantage

SECURITY STAFF:
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.
Control access at entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized entry.
Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
Protect property and assets by preventing theft, vandalism, or any illegal activity.
Conduct routine inspections of all areas, including parking lots, entertainment zones, and high-risk areas.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire hazards, and emergency protocols.
Assist customers and staff by providing directions and handling security-related inquiries.
Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and report any unusual activity.
Escort employees and guests when necessary to ensure their safety.
Coordinate with law enforcement when required in case of serious security incidents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) Certification – Grade C or above (mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security, guarding, or a related role.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (English and any additional local language is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to security threats.
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
Basic first aid knowledge (advantageous).
