Van Riebeeckshof SPAR is looking for a highly skilled Artisan Baker to join our team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for quality and a strong background in artisan baking.
Requirements:
Extensive experience at local artisan bakeries is essential
Must be able to produce croissants, pastries, sourdough, and other artisan lines to a high standard
Able to work independently and consistently deliver excellent results
Must live in or near the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town – applicants outside Cape Town will not be considered
Working days: Monday to Sunday, with one day off during the week
Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a two-day working interview to demonstrate their skills and output in a real-time bakery environment.
Additional Information:
Salary will be discussed after the interview and is based on experience
