Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative and data processing. This includes organizing and managing files, scheduling appointments.
2. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Follow up on Emails.
4. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, or Pastel is a plus.
