六 About the Role:
We are looking for a presentable, friendly, and sports-passionate Sales Assistant to join our team. If you love working with people, have a solid sports background, and enjoy helping customers find their perfect equipment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and in-store support
Share detailed product knowledge and assist with custom fittings
Maintain clean and attractive merchandising displays
Handle incoming calls, customer queries, and checkout
Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized
Learn (or already know) how to string rackets or demonstrate technical aptitude
Help manage stock and assist with daily operations
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Lives in or near Cape Town
Well-spoken, presentable, and reliable
Has retail or customer service experience
Ideally plays or has played racket sports at a good level
Technically minded with the ability to learn quickly (e.g. stringing rackets)
Friendly team player who enjoys a fun, relaxed work environment
