Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our team. If you have a passion for animals and delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assist customers, provide product recommendations, and answer inquiries with a friendly attitude.
Store Operations: Handle sales transactions, ensure cleanliness, and maintain inventory levels.
Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team environment.
Administrative Support: Process basic invoices and stay informed about current promotions and product updates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, pet care, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence in customer service.
Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
Familiarity with computers and POS systems (preferred).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Physically fit and capable of lifting items up to 20kg.
Matric (Grade 12) certificate required.
